If you have found a Star Rated property to be in breach of our Code of Conduct, or if you have an issue with any aspect of accommodation standards, then let us know immediately.
All complaints are attended to and can result in a property being assessed through ‘mystery guest’ services. This sees qualified specialists visiting the property incognito to substantiate your complaint.
Where possible we will require photographic and/or written evidence of your complaint in order to act.
