The magnificent 4.5-star Mantarays Ningaloo Beach Resort is located at the gateway to the World Heritage-listed Ningaloo Reef and Cape Range National Park. Metres from the waterline on Sunrise Beach, the resort is built in harmony with the environment. It is the only resort on the beach in Exmouth.

The Standard King Rooms have marina views and are available on the ground or first floor. Existing bedding sleeps two, with one king-size or two king-single bed.
Some rooms are equipped with disabled facilities. Dual access can be arranged for the standard room and one-bedroom apartment to make it a two-bedroom/two-bathroom.
Roll-away beds and cots are available in some room types.
The One Bedroom Superior Room is located on the ground and first floor and offers air-conditioning, tea and coffee making facilities, a small refrigerator, television, DVD, stereo, small indoor table and chairs, lounge and coffee table, bathroom with spa bath and shower, separate toilet, balcony, outdoor table and chairs and sun lounge.
The bedding configuration is one king-size bed or two king-single beds, sleep two people. Roll-away beds and cots are available in some room types.

There is a television, DVD, stereo, one bathroom with soak tub and shower, separate toilet, second bedroom upstairs, sea views looking down the beach, outdoor setting, barbecue and sun lounge, and an eight-seat spa on deck overlooking the beach. The master bedroom is located on the ground floor; the second bedroom is located on the mezzanine level.
The bedding sleeps four with either one king and two king single beds or two king-size beds or four king single beds. Roll-away beds and cots are available in some room types.
The Three Bedroom Bungalow combines a One Bedroom Bungalow and Two Bedroom Bungalow and sleeps up to six people. The apartment is well-appointed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. All bungalows have ocean views looking down Sunrise Beach.
