Sandy Bay is a quiet, shady and grassed park located on the beautiful beaches of Geographe Bay and is only six kilometres west of Busselton town centre, Busselton Jetty, Train and Underwater Observatory.
Sandy Bay Holiday Park has nine cosy Swiss Chalets and nine larger Rammed Earth Chalets. The Swiss Chalet sleeps four guests and the Rammed Earth Chalets sleep between four and six guests.
They feature a verandah with an outdoor setting and a comfortable open living, dining and lounge area. The chalets all have a fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom and slow-combustion wood fireplaces in use from May to November each year. Wood is provided. There are also caravans and campsites of varying sizes, all with power and water.
Sandy Bay Holiday Park is an ideal base for day trips to explore the wonders of the Margaret River Wine Region with its world-class surfing, internationally-renowned wineries, caves and bushwalking through the tall tree country and strolling amongst the southwest's famous wildflowers.

Accomodation Types
The Swiss Chalets are fully insulated and built of double brick, making them nice and cool in summer and lovely and warm in winter.
All chalets have a slow-combustion wood fireplace for winter warmth with all wood provided. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed and the second bedroom has a single and a trundle bed to accommodate a maximum of four people. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and two basins, one for babies.
The lounge, and dining room area have a colour television. The kitchen comes with a refrigerator, microwave, electric stove and all the cutlery and crockery needed.
Accommodating a maximum of six guests, these two-bedroom chalets feature exposed jarrah beams. The bedding consists of one queen-size bed in the main bedroom and two sets of single bunk beds in the second bedroom.
There are two Rammed Earth Chalets with a queen bed in the main bedroom and one double bed in the second bedroom to accommodate two couples. The chalet itself is fully insulated to keep you cool in summer and a slow-combustion wood fireplace to keep you warm in the winter with all wood provided.
Featuring a large dining and lounge area with colour television, this accommodation is both spacious and comfortable. The kitchen dining area has an electric stove, microwave, refrigerator and full cooking facilities.
There are powered sites all with access to drinking water and grey waste drains. These sites are conveniently located near ablution blocks and the communal barbecue area.
